Terms and Conditions

  1. Refund Policy: Passes can be refunded within 24 hours of the original payment. Refund requests made after this period may not be accepted.

  2. Non-Transferability: Passes are issued to the named purchaser and are non-transferable. They should not be shared or transferred to others.

  3. Admission: While a valid pass grants access to the event, some sessions may have limited capacity, and entry will be subject to availability and event guidelines.

  4. Pass Usage: Each pass admits one person only and should be presented upon request during registration and throughout the event.

  5. Student Identification: Students may be required to present valid identification upon request by the organisers to verify eligibility for student passes.

  6. Email Communication: Please ensure that the email address provided during registration is capable of receiving emails from the domain gphs2025.ccpsl.lk to avoid missing important updates. Presenters are required to use the same email address as was used for abstract submission and all subsequent communications with GPHS2025. The organisers accept no responsibility for missed communications resulting from incorrect or inaccessible email addresses provided by the attendee.

  7. Registration Confirmation: A confirmation of registration will be sent to the registered email address only after successful payment processing. Please note that an order alone does not constitute proof of registration.

  8. Changes and Cancellation: The organisers may need to make changes to the programme, speakers, venue, or dates. In the unlikely event of cancellation, a refund of the pass fee will be provided.

  9. Conduct: We kindly ask all attendees to behave respectfully and professionally. Antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. The organisers reserve the right to address any behaviour that disrupts the event.
