Event Access Limitation: This pass strictly grants admission to the 31st Annual Academic Sessions (23 – 24 July 2026). It does not include access to the Global Public Health Summit, pre-congress sessions, or any other parallel events associated with the wider centenary celebrations.

Refund Policy: Passes can be refunded within 24 hours of the original payment. Refund requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Transferability: Passes are issued to the named purchaser and are non-transferable. They should not be shared or transferred to others.

Admission: While a valid pass grants access to the event, some sessions may have limited capacity, and entry will be subject to availability and event guidelines.

Pass Usage: Each pass admits one person only and should be presented upon request during registration and throughout the event.

Delegate Identification: Attendees may be required to present a valid passport or official proof of country of residence (confirming LMIC status based on recognized classifications) upon request by the organisers at the registration desk to verify eligibility for the Foreign Delegates – LMIC tier.

Email Communication: Please ensure that the email address provided during registration is capable of receiving emails from the domain ccpsl.lk to avoid missing important updates. Presenters are required to use the same email address as was used for abstract submission and all subsequent communications with the conference. The organisers accept no responsibility for missed communications resulting from incorrect or inaccessible email addresses provided by the attendee.

Registration Confirmation: A confirmation of registration will be sent to the registered email address only after successful payment processing. Please note that an order alone does not constitute proof of registration.

Changes and Cancellation: The organisers may need to make changes to the programme, speakers, venue, or dates. In the unlikely event of cancellation, a refund of the pass fee will be provided.
